Hello Beautiful! (and yes, I mean you men too)

I often find myself in a contemplative mood in winter. And with that comes a lot of writing! I thought I’d share a few prompts with you that can inspire introspection in the beautiful human you are and who you are becoming.

Feel free to share this post with a friend.

Life is better together.

Here are 3 questions for you to ponder, journal, and/or share during this week ahead.

1. Gratitude: Think of one person who has made a positive impact on your life, however big or small. What is it about their presence or actions that you're grateful for? Reach out to them and share the impact they've had on your life.

 2. Self-awareness: What are three things that make you happy and bring you joy? Reflect on how often you allow yourself to experience these joys in your daily life.

 3. Self-Love: What gentle words do you need to hear from yourself today to nurture your heart and soul, and how can you make them a consistent part of your self-talk to cultivate deeper self-love?

 Have an amazing week!

with lots of love, Shelley

Here are some quotes I've been pondering:

“Education of the mind, without education of the heart, is no education at all.” Aristotle

“If you don't have peace, it isn't because someone took it from you; you gave it away. You cannot always control what happens to you, but you can control what happens in you.” John C. Maxwell

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you ~ a joy. Rumi
